As a Full Stack Developer, you will be instrumental in crafting robust enterprise web applications. This role involves leveraging your expertise in the .NET ecosystem for backend development and React for frontend development. You will architect solutions, guide junior developers, and take ownership of features from conception to deployment.

Develop and maintain responsive, high-performance user interfaces using React. Design and implement scalable backend services with .NET (C# with ASP.NET Core or Framework), ensuring system reliability. Create efficient SQL Server schemas, optimize queries, and maintain data integrity. Contribute to architectural decisions for application structure, scalability, and integration patterns. Build secure and robust RESTful APIs with comprehensive validation and error handling. Write clean, maintainable code adhering to SOLID principles and conduct thorough code reviews. Implement comprehensive unit, integration, and end-to-end tests. Manage CI/CD pipelines for seamless deployment and monitor application health. Debug complex issues across the full stack: React frontend, .NET backend, and SQL Server database. Collaborate effectively with designers, product managers, QA, and fellow developers. Optimize application performance for fast load times, efficient queries, and smooth rendering.

Possess strong full-stack expertise across the Microsoft technology stack: React for frontend, .NET/C# for backend, and SQL Server for data management, with a deep understanding of their integration. Demonstrate enterprise-level thinking, considering scalability, security, maintainability, and long-term implications of technical decisions. Exhibit proficiency in SQL Server, including query optimization, indexing strategies, and database design for high-performance applications. Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Excel at problem-solving across different layers of the technology stack, systematically diagnosing and resolving issues. Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in .NET and React development is required, with substantial involvement in building production applications and understanding various architectural patterns and scaling challenges.
