We are seeking an experienced ADP Workforce Management professional to join our dynamic team and optimize workforce management processes using SAP Workforce Software (WFS). As an ADP Workforce Management Consultant, you will lead the implementation and configuration of ADP Workforce solutions, including scheduling, time, and absence management. You will analyze and optimize current processes, ensuring data accuracy and integrity within the system. Develop insightful reports and dashboards to monitor workforce performance and provide critical insights for decision-making. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues and providing ongoing user support, ensuring seamless operation of the WFS platform.

We are looking for a seasoned professional with 3-7 years of direct experience in ADP Workforce implementation and support. A strong understanding of ADP Workforce Software Time & Attendance (WFS T&A) modules, encompassing scheduling, time management, absence management, and payroll integration, is essential. Preferred qualifications include certifications in ADP Workforce Time, experience with cloud-based solutions, and knowledge of other SAP modules like HR, FI, or CO. Key competencies include independent project ownership, client management, solution design, problem-solving, and excellent communication skills.
