The People Experience (PX) team is dedicated to crafting seamless hire-to-retire journeys for employees. We implement global HR processes with a personalized touch for every applicant. PX encompasses recruiting, problem-solving, planning, HR operations, vendor management, service model excellence, and comprehensive employee and market-level HR support.
In this capacity, you will collaborate with employees, People Partners, and other People Operations teams to deliver expert guidance, support, and solutions for people operations matters. Your expertise will span multiple organizations and specialties, ensuring every employee receives outstanding HR service. You will focus on enhancing employee experiences, sharing knowledge, and balancing organizational needs with our core philosophy, principles, and available resources.
Drive operational excellence throughout the organization, enhancing processes, operations, and service delivery. Champion forward-thinking interventions and improvements to product and processes, ultimately fostering a superior employee experience.
Serve as a trusted HR advisor, mentor, and partner to employees, managers, and leaders. Proactively manage risk mitigation and effectively de-escalate and resolve HR-related matters.
Provide essential HR guidance, aligning client, business, and company objectives with risk management strategies. Solve complex HR challenges, cultivate strong relationships, and enhance the capabilities of managers and leaders.
Foster collaboration across organizational boundaries and expertly navigate the People Operations ecosystem. Influence priorities and solutions to effectively support business, product, or market objectives.
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is essential.
Possess at least 7 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist, offering expert consultation on performance management, employee queries, and related HR matters. Proven experience in managing multiple stakeholders effectively is also required.
Preferred qualifications include experience in HR, people programs, or people-centric roles, along with a track record of cross-functional collaboration and expertise in coaching and mentoring. Strong investigative and problem-solving skills, coupled with the ability to analyze data using Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) for reporting, are highly valued. Excellent teamwork and organizational skills are also beneficial.
