The People Experience (PX) team at Google crafts comprehensive hire-to-retire experiences, delivering global HR processes tailored to individual employees. Our PX teams cover Recruiting, Problem Solving and Planning, HR Operations, Vendor Management, Service Model Excellence, and Employee and Market-level HR Support.
Drive operational excellence throughout the organization, enhancing processes, operations, and service delivery. Influence forward-thinking interventions and improvements in processes and products to elevate the employee experience.
Serve as an HR advisor, mentor, and partner to employees, managers, and leaders. Manage risk mitigation and effectively de-escalate and resolve HR matters.
Offer expert HR guidance, balancing client, business, and company needs against risks. Solve complex HR problems, cultivate strong relationships, and enhance the capabilities of managers and leaders.
Foster collaboration across organizational boundaries and navigate the People Operations ecosystem. Influence priorities and solutions to effectively serve the business, product, or market.
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is required.
Seven years of experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist, providing consultation on performance management, workplace inquiries, and similar areas.
Proven experience in managing multiple stakeholders effectively.
Preferred qualifications include experience in HR, people programs, or related roles. Experience with cross-functional collaboration and coaching/mentoring is also advantageous.
Excellent investigative and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to organize and analyze data using Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) for reporting. Strong teamwork and organizational skills are also valued.
