Lead and execute analytics projects focused on designing, building, and deploying scalable people insights solutions, including dashboards and automated agents. This involves comprehensive requirement gathering, project planning, development, and ongoing stakeholder engagement.

Collaborate with the broader people analytics ecosystem to deliver data-driven research, guidance, and insights on people programs to key user groups, including leadership and HR partners.

Streamline and automate Business Intelligence development workflows, actively exploring and implementing Generative AI tools for rapid prototyping and agent development.

Analyze extensive datasets to extract actionable insights and formulate well-supported recommendations by connecting diverse data points.

Partner with cross-functional teams, including POps engineering, data science, and BI, to define data requirements and shape AI-ready data foundations. This includes contributing to data mart design, semantic layers, authoring agent skills, and evaluating model outcomes.

A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Engineering, or equivalent practical experience, is essential.

Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with enterprise Business Intelligence (BI) suites (e.g., Looker, Power BI, Tableau) and managing large enterprise datasets, such as workforce, finance, customer, or operations data.

Preferred qualifications include experience with statistical analysis, experimental design, or quantitative methods for operational problem-solving, alongside a proven ability to manage projects involving multiple teams and present findings effectively to diverse audiences.

Foundational knowledge of Generative AI and data science concepts, particularly their application in reporting workflows and tools like Gemini or coding copilots, is advantageous.

Exceptional communication and people management skills, coupled with a client-service orientation emphasizing creativity and diligence, are highly valued.
