Join Rippling's dynamic team as an Operations Analyst, a pivotal role focused on client onboarding and ensuring seamless regulatory compliance. This position offers a unique chance to influence scalable processes and minimize operational burdens through software automation. You will be instrumental in enhancing the experience for our clients while collaborating closely with sales, product, and finance teams.

Your core duties will involve providing exceptional client service, managing tax account registrations and maintenance, and liaising with federal and state agencies on behalf of our clients. You will proactively identify and report system or process gaps that impact client satisfaction. Collaboration with the Payroll Engineering team and maintaining internal systems and documentation are also key aspects of this role.

We are seeking candidates with at least 18 months of US SaaS experience in a customer-facing support or implementation role, ideally within operations such as payroll or regulatory functions. Essential qualifications include strong written and verbal English communication, proven client-facing experience, and exceptional problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail. You should possess grit and patience for engaging with US government agencies and proficiency with Google Suite or Microsoft Office for data analysis. Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Slack, or HRIS systems is a plus. Adaptability to dynamic environments and rotational shifts, including a willingness to work PST hours, is required.
