We are seeking a Senior Pega Developer / Senior System Architect with over 7 years of hands-on Pega development experience to join our team in Bengaluru, India. This role focuses on leveraging the Pega Smart Investigate framework to enhance payment operations and build robust case management solutions.

Architect and deploy end-to-end solutions using the Pega Smart Investigate framework for streamlined exception and dispute workflows. Design and implement technical solutions for Payment Operations, including managing SWIFT messages, ACH, wire transfers, and cross-border payment investigations. Develop and maintain scalable case management workflows, business process rules, data models, and complex background processing components. Design and configure secure integrations with external banking systems using REST, SOAP, MQ, Kafka, and file listeners. Uphold Pega guardrails, conduct code reviews, optimize application performance, and provide architectural direction while mentoring junior engineers in an Agile environment.

A minimum of 7 years of dedicated experience in enterprise application development on the Pega PRPC platform, with a preference for Pega 8.x. Proven experience with the Pega Smart Investigate framework and a strong understanding of global payment systems and banking regulations are essential. Possession of Pega Certified Senior System Architect (PCSSA / SSA) and Pega Certified System Architect (PCSA) certifications is mandatory. Expertise in Pega Case Management, Enterprise Class Structure (ECS) design, Data Pages, Declarative expressions, UI rules, and Report Definitions is required. Proficiency in SQL queries, database indexing, data mapping, and standard middleware connectivity protocols is necessary. Familiarity with DevOps pipelines, CI/CD tools, and Scrum frameworks is expected.
