Architect, configure, and deploy end-to-end solutions using the Pega Smart Investigate framework for streamlined exception and dispute management.

Design and implement technical solutions for core Payment Operations, covering SWIFT, ACH, wire transfers, and cross-border payment investigations.

Build and maintain scalable case management workflows, business process rules, data models, and background processing components like Queue Processors and Job Schedulers.

Design and configure secure enterprise integrations using REST, SOAP, MQ, Kafka, and file listeners to connect Pega with external banking systems.

Enforce Pega guardrails, conduct code reviews, optimize application performance, and troubleshoot code errors and processing bottlenecks.

Provide architectural direction and mentor junior engineers within an Agile/Scrum environment.

Minimum 7 years of dedicated enterprise application development experience on the Pega PRPC platform, with Pega 8.x experience being a strong plus.

Proven, direct hands-on project experience with the Pega Smart Investigate framework and a deep understanding of global payment systems and banking regulations are essential.

Possess valid Pega Certified Senior System Architect (PCSSA/SSA) and Pega Certified System Architect (PCSA) certifications.

Demonstrate master-level knowledge of Pega Case Management, Enterprise Class Structure (ECS) design, Data Pages, Declarative expressions, UI rules, and Report Definitions.

Strong proficiency in SQL queries, database indexing, data mapping, and standard middleware connectivity protocols is required.

Familiarity with DevOps pipelines, CI/CD tools, and modern Scrum frameworks is also expected.
