Architect and deploy end-to-end solutions using the Pega Smart Investigate framework to optimize exception and dispute workflows. Design and implement technical solutions for Payment Operations, managing various payment types and cross-border investigations. Develop and maintain scalable case management workflows, business process rules, and complex background processing components. Configure secure enterprise integrations with external banking and transaction systems using protocols like REST, SOAP, MQ, and Kafka. Enforce Pega best practices and guardrails, conduct code reviews, and optimize application performance. Provide architectural leadership and mentor junior engineers in an Agile/Scrum setting.

A minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience developing enterprise applications on the Pega PRPC platform, with a preference for Pega 8.x. Proven direct project experience with the Pega Smart Investigate framework and a solid understanding of global payment systems and banking regulations. Possess Pega Certified Senior System Architect (PCSSA / SSA) certifications. Demonstrate expert knowledge of Pega Case Management, Enterprise Class Structure (ECS) design, Data Pages, Declarative expressions, UI rules, and Report Definitions. Strong proficiency in SQL queries, database indexing, data mapping, and middleware connectivity protocols. Familiarity with DevOps pipelines, CI/CD tools, and modern Scrum frameworks is expected.
