Seeking a P&C (GWPC) Specialist Business Analyst to join our team. This role requires a seasoned professional with a strong background in the Commercial Property & Casualty insurance sector.

You will be instrumental in guiding business analysis efforts, leveraging your expertise in policy administration solutions and agile methodologies. Experience with integration and developing IT solutions for process automation is highly valued.

Translate business needs into detailed specifications, including functional requirements and user stories. Develop and maintain business process diagrams, ensuring alignment with IT solutions for improvements.

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand challenges and drive automation initiatives. Troubleshoot system issues and contribute to the overall efficiency of our insurance platforms.

A minimum of 5 years of dedicated business analysis experience within the Commercial Property & Casualty insurance industry is essential. Proven hands-on experience in crafting business requirements, functional specifications, user stories, process diagrams, and data rules is mandatory.

Demonstrated knowledge of iterative and agile development processes, including SDLC and PMLC, is required. Experience with policy administration solutions and reviewing/reengineering IT solutions for business process automation is also critical.
