Drive business analysis efforts within the Commercial Property & Casualty insurance domain.

Gather and document business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories.

Analyze and reengineer business processes to identify opportunities for automation and improvement.

Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure IT solutions align with business objectives.

Troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues, ensuring seamless operations.

Requires a minimum of 5 years of business analysis experience, specifically within the Commercial Property & Casualty insurance sector.

Demonstrated experience with policy administration solutions and integrating with external systems is essential.

Proficiency in iterative and agile methodologies, along with knowledge of SDLC and PMLC processes, is a must.

Hands-on experience in creating detailed business requirements, functional specifications, user stories, business process diagrams, and data rules is mandatory.

Familiarity with troubleshooting system issues is also required.
