This role demands a minimum of 15 years in US Payroll Operations, with mandatory experience in the Staffing Industry, Workforce Solutions, MSP, RPO, or Interim Workforce Management. Essential expertise includes US & Canada Payroll Operations Leadership & Compliance, deep knowledge of US federal, state, and local payroll laws, and extensive experience with ADP or similar payroll systems. Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills, alongside advanced Excel proficiency, are crucial. Experience managing payroll teams and driving process improvement initiatives is also required.
