As a Payroll Functional SME, you will leverage your expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM, focusing on Global HR and Payroll modules. You will be instrumental in implementing and supporting these systems, ensuring expert functional knowledge of HR end-to-end business flows.

Your responsibilities will include architecting Oracle Cloud HCM transformations, presenting solutions to clients, and refining estimating methodologies. You will also lead the design and development of innovative HCM assets and accelerators. Experience with UK Payroll and taxation is also a key component of this role.

Candidates should possess a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in implementing or supporting Oracle Cloud HCM. An expert understanding of the Oracle Cloud HCM product suite and its associated business processes across various industries is essential.

Proven experience with at least two full lifecycle Oracle Cloud HCM implementation projects is required. Familiarity with Redwood UI migration and the ability to architect transformative solutions are also critical. Excellent communication skills are necessary to present solutions and address client queries effectively.
