Lead Oracle Cloud HCM implementation and support initiatives, leveraging expert functional knowledge of Global HR and Payroll modules.

Architect and present innovative Oracle Cloud HCM transformation solutions to clients, effectively addressing all technical and business queries.

Develop and refine estimating models, conduct product selection assessments for Oracle Cloud HCM, and prepare compelling design proposals.

Drive the design and development of accelerators and differentiators within the HCM space, ensuring successful project outcomes.

A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in implementing or supporting Oracle Cloud HCM is essential.

Possess expert functional knowledge of multiple Oracle Cloud HCM modules, particularly Global HR and Payroll, and a deep understanding of HR end-to-end business flows.

Demonstrate experience in at least two full lifecycle Oracle Cloud HCM implementation projects and advanced knowledge of UK Payroll and taxation.

Familiarity with Redwood UI migration is beneficial, alongside the ability to architect HCM transformations and present solutions clearly to clients.
