Seeking experienced Payroll Functional SMEs to join our team. This role requires a deep understanding of Oracle Cloud HCM, with a specific focus on UK Payroll and taxation processes. You will be instrumental in implementing and supporting Oracle Cloud HCM solutions, leveraging your expertise in end-to-end business flows and various HCM modules.

Ideal candidates possess a strong background in Oracle Cloud HCM implementations, including experience with the full lifecycle of projects. Your role will involve developing innovative solutions, presenting them to clients, and guiding strategic decisions to ensure project success. We are looking for individuals who can architect Oracle Cloud HCM transformations and lead the development of valuable HCM assets and accelerators.

Drive the implementation and support of Oracle Cloud HCM solutions, focusing on UK Payroll and taxation.

Provide expert functional knowledge across multiple Oracle Cloud HCM modules, including Global HR and Payroll.

Lead the design and development of at least one asset, accelerator, offering, or differentiator in the HCM space.

Develop and refine estimating models and methodologies for Oracle Cloud HCM projects.

Present proposed solutions to clients and prospects, effectively addressing queries and concerns.

Oversee product selection assessments and prepare detailed design proposals, considering cost, time, and alternative actions for current and future business needs.

A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in implementing or supporting Oracle Cloud HCM.

Advanced understanding of Oracle Cloud UK Payroll and its associated taxation processes.

Expert functional knowledge of the Oracle Cloud HCM product suite and Human Resource End-to-End Business Flows.

Demonstrated experience in participating in at least two full lifecycle implementation projects as an Oracle Cloud HCM owner.

Familiarity with Redwood UI migration and experience architecting Oracle Cloud HCM transformations.

Ability to recommend and make decisions that significantly impact project outcomes.
