Join NTT DATA as a Payment (SEPA) Consultant and contribute to innovative projects within our Banking Consulting Group. This role offers an opportunity to engage with clients throughout the project lifecycle, from requirements gathering and process mapping to UAT and deployment. As a subject matter expert in payments, you will play a crucial role in large-scale payment transformation initiatives, collaborating closely with client teams, internal development, and product vendors.

Key responsibilities include interacting with business owners, product teams, vendors, and customers to define and deliver requirements within deadlines. You will actively participate in high-level review meetings for payment system modernization and lead domain discussions with BFSI customers. This role requires documenting operational procedures and terms for regulatory changes, providing essential domain inputs to delivery teams, and ensuring the successful implementation of proposed solutions. A strong understanding of global payment landscapes, instruments, and key players is essential.

Ideal candidates will possess 3-5 years of experience in the payments domain, with specific expertise in SEPA Credit Transfer, SEPA Instant, SEPA Direct Debit, and Payment Services Directive. Prior experience in Tier-1 IT organizations within the BFSI sector, particularly focusing on payments transformation projects, is highly valued. Excellent communication skills are necessary to effectively lead domain discussions with BFSI clients. A good understanding of global payment landscapes, associated instruments, and key players for both retail and wholesale payments is also required.
