As a Payroll Delivery Manager, you will provide essential subject matter expertise, project leadership, and guidance to local Payroll operation teams. The role ensures our Payroll services are optimally designed and executed, fostering collaboration with Global Payroll engagement teams to drive GDS Payroll delivery initiatives.

Drive Global Payroll delivery initiatives in partnership with engagement teams. Manage the setup of payroll systems, including data migration and transitions. Review payroll processing services to ensure accuracy, compliance with legislation, and timely delivery of all payroll-related activities (Build to Gross, Gross to Net, payments, recovery, leave management, reporting).

Ensure data input, quality control, and record maintenance for payroll and HR information are accurate. Partner with clients to meet their tax, social security, and other statutory obligations through processing and report preparation.

Provide responsive and accurate advisory services on payroll matters, resolving complex inquiries and identifying/correcting errors to maintain employee salary accuracy and database integrity. Mentor, train, and coordinate team activities, while managing the application and monitoring of the Hub's methodology framework. Handle ad-hoc reporting and other required duties.

Demonstrated experience in personnel and people management, including supervision and team building. Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and connect with staff at all levels. Capacity to rapidly learn new information, processes, and procedures, alongside a strong track record of meeting deadlines and problem-solving.

Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, with advanced or expert-level Excel skills. Essential to have previous hands-on experience with end-to-end payroll processing and high-volume payroll operations. Exposure to multi-country payroll within a client service context is crucial.

Requires expert numeracy skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a commitment to accuracy. Strong oral and written communication skills in English are necessary for clear and concise interaction. Experience with payroll and large ERP systems is a key qualification.
