This Senior Tax Payroll role involves end-to-end payroll processing for multiple clients, including year-end activities. It offers a significant opportunity to collaborate with multi-country teams, senior payroll leaders, and technology specialists, fostering professional growth and development within a dynamic global delivery network.

As a client-facing professional, you will guide clients and EY technology teams in designing current query management processes and defining future states. Crafting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) with excellent documentation skills is essential.

Effective stakeholder management is crucial, requiring seamless communication between EY's Payroll and Technology groups, and clients. Strong project planning capabilities are a must, encompassing project plan preparation, governance, and risk/mitigation strategies. Reporting proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and advanced PowerPoint skills are expected.

Familiarity with PMI-PMP concepts and frameworks is beneficial. Experience in payroll-related projects and vendor management is a plus. You'll be responsible for driving projects to completion and documenting lessons learned, alongside ad-hoc reporting and other assigned duties.

Success in this role hinges on your proven ability to collaborate effectively as an individual contributor or team member, building strong relationships across all organizational levels. You must demonstrate a capacity for quickly acquiring new information, processes, and procedures.
