You will act as a key liaison between technology teams, country payroll operations, and clients, ensuring seamless payroll processing across multiple countries. As a Senior Payroll Specialist, your responsibilities will include acting as a liaison between technology, payroll processing teams, and clients. You will manage multi-country payroll operations, understanding all phases of payroll processing, including inputs, processing, outputs, and reporting. You will participate in requirement gathering, translating them into technical specifications, and supporting technical delivery.

You will be responsible for supporting monthly operational deliveries, debugging issues, and resolving queries from clients and country payroll teams. Experience with system interfaces between payroll systems is essential. Additionally, you will prepare project plans, provide weekly status updates, and assist with ad hoc requests as they arise, ensuring project timelines and client expectations are met.

We seek individuals with proven experience in payroll management and strong people management skills. Essential skills include expertise in multi-country payroll operations, understanding payroll processing phases, and familiarity with system interfaces. A good command of English is required, with additional European or Asian language skills being a plus.

Key attributes include strong numeracy, meticulous attention to detail, and experience with ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, or Workday. Excellent presentation, interpersonal, project management, and client/stakeholder management skills are also vital. While not mandatory, a payroll-related diploma/certificate or prior experience in tax accounting and finance would be beneficial. You must demonstrate strong analytical capabilities to succeed in this role.
