We are seeking two Senior SAP Technical ABAP Consultants for our offshore delivery team, ideal for analytical and collaborative professionals. This role blends implementation expertise with strong Application Management Services (AMS) experience to maintain and optimize existing systems while developing new technical solutions.

You will be instrumental in resolving complex support tickets, managing defects, developing RICEFW objects, and creating clear technical documentation, contributing to EY's mission of building a better working world.

Take ownership of complex L2/L3 support tickets, ensuring timely resolution within SLA parameters. Analyze, track, and resolve system defects during operations and testing phases. Design, develop, and modify robust SAP ABAP solutions for RICEFW objects. Author comprehensive technical specifications, root-cause analysis reports, and defect logs. Monitor and support cloud/hybrid integration flows in SAP CPI, and assist with functional adjustments in the SAP HR module. Collaborate effectively with onshore teams, business users, and fellow developers for seamless system stability.

Possess 4–7 years of intensive SAP ABAP experience with deep expertise in RICEFW object development and troubleshooting. A solid understanding of HR and Finance business processes is essential. You must have a proven history of participating in at least one full lifecycle SAP End-to-End implementation and one post-production AMS support project. Strong experience in creating and updating detailed technical artifacts, including functional/technical specifications and unit testing documents, is required. Preferred skills include functional exposure to SAP HR/HCM modules and hands-on experience with SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI).
