Drive Global Payroll delivery initiatives in collaboration with global engagement teams. Oversee payroll system setup, including data migration and transitions. Review payroll processing services, ensuring accuracy, timely delivery, and compliance with relevant legislation for all aspects from build to gross and gross to net payments, including overpayment recovery and leave management. Ensure data integrity and accuracy by reviewing complex payroll and HR data inputs and quality control. Assist clients in meeting their tax, social security, and other statutory obligations through accurate processing and preparation of required documentation. Provide responsive and accurate advisory services on payroll matters, resolve complex inquiries, and implement corrective actions to maintain employee salary accuracy and database integrity. Mentor, train, and coordinate team activities, ensuring effective people management. Manage and monitor the application of the Hub’s methodology framework, principles, and delegations. Handle ad-hoc reporting and other assigned duties.

Demonstrated experience in personnel and people management, including supervision and team building. Proven ability to manage a team effectively and build strong relationships with staff at all levels. Capacity to rapidly acquire new information, processes, and procedures. Strong ability to meet deadlines and effectively identify and resolve problems. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, with advanced/expert skills in Excel. Previous hands-on experience with end-to-end payroll processing, particularly in high-volume environments. Exposure to multi-country payroll within a client service context. Exceptional numeracy skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, ensuring clarity and conciseness. Experience with payroll operations and familiarity with large ERP systems.
