This role offers the chance to provide subject matter expertise, project leadership, and direction to local teams, ensuring our Payroll service meets global standards.

You will partner with engagement teams to drive key delivery initiatives, manage system setups including data migration, and oversee the payroll processing service. Your expertise will ensure accuracy, compliance with legislation, and data integrity. Furthermore, you will provide advisory services, resolve complex queries, and mentor your team to achieve operational excellence.

Drive Global Payroll delivery initiatives and manage payroll system set-up, including data migration and transitions.

Oversee payroll processing services, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of all operational aspects like Build to Gross, Gross to Net, payments, and disbursements.

Review payroll data for accuracy and integrity, ensuring compliance with taxation, social security, and other statutory obligations.

Provide responsive and accurate client advisory services on payroll matters, identifying and resolving payroll errors.

Coach, mentor, and train team members, coordinating their activities effectively.

Manage and monitor the application of the Hub’s methodology framework and principles.

Proven experience in end-to-end payroll processing and managing high-volume payroll operations.

Exposure to multi-country payroll within a client service environment is essential.

Possess expert numeracy skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.

Demonstrate strong communication skills, both oral and written, in English.

Experience in payroll management and proficiency with large ERP systems is required.

Skills in personnel and people management, including supervision and team building, are crucial.

Ability to quickly learn new processes and procedures, meet deadlines, and resolve problems effectively.

Advanced or expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel is necessary.
