Partner with global teams to spearhead payroll delivery initiatives and manage system setups, including data migration. Oversee payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, compliance with legislation, and data integrity. Provide expert client advisory services, resolve complex inquiries, and guide team members through coaching and training. Manage the application of established methodologies and handle ad hoc reporting.

Proven experience in end-to-end payroll processing and high-volume payroll management is essential. Candidates should possess strong people management skills, including team building and the ability to relate effectively with staff at all levels. Demonstrated ability to learn new processes quickly, meet deadlines, and resolve problems is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel, is a must.
