Lead and drive global payroll delivery initiatives in collaboration with engagement teams. Manage the end-to-end setup of payroll systems, including data migration and transition processes. Oversee payroll processing services, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legislation across Build to Gross, Gross to Net, payment processing, and disbursement. Conduct thorough reviews of payroll and HR information to maintain data integrity and service quality. Provide expert advisory services on payroll matters, resolving complex queries and implementing corrective actions. Mentor, train, and coordinate team activities, ensuring adherence to the Hub's methodology framework. Fulfill ad-hoc reporting requirements and other assigned duties.

We are seeking candidates with extensive experience in end-to-end payroll processing and high-volume payroll management, ideally within a multi-country client service environment. Essential skills include exceptional numeracy, a keen eye for detail, and proven accuracy. Strong oral and written communication abilities in English are crucial. Expertise in payroll operations and familiarity with large ERP systems are expected. Additionally, candidates must demonstrate proficiency in people management, team building, rapid learning of new processes, and effective problem-solving under deadline pressure. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must.
