- Drive GDS Payroll delivery initiatives in partnership with global teams. - Oversee payroll system setup, including data migration and transitions. - Review payroll processing services, ensuring accuracy, timely delivery, and compliance with legislation. - Ensure data integrity and quality control for payroll and HR information. - Assist clients with tax, social security, and other statutory obligations. - Provide responsive and accurate payroll advisory services, resolving complex queries. - Coach, mentor, and train team members. - Manage and monitor the Hub’s methodology framework. - Perform ad-hoc reporting and other duties as required.

- Proven experience in people and personnel management, including supervision and team building. - Demonstrated ability to work effectively with teams at all levels. - Capacity to rapidly learn new information, processes, and procedures. - Strong ability to meet deadlines and resolve problems effectively. - Expertise in Microsoft Office suite, particularly advanced Excel skills. - Previous experience managing end-to-end payroll processing for high volumes is essential. - Exposure to multi-country payroll within a client service environment. - Excellent numeracy, attention to detail, and accuracy. - Clear and concise written and oral communication skills in English. - Experience with payroll and large ERP systems is required. - Strong analytical skills are a must.
