This role is integral to supporting global payroll initiatives, ensuring exceptional service delivery in collaboration with EY's engagement leaders worldwide.

Drive global payroll delivery initiatives by partnering with engagement teams. Oversee payroll system setup, including seamless data migration and transitions. Review payroll processing services, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with legislation for all aspects, including Gross to Net, Pay processing, disbursement, and recovery.

Ensure data integrity and accuracy by reviewing complex payroll and HR information for quality control. Assist clients in meeting their statutory obligations through accurate processing and preparation of reports and documentation. Provide responsive and precise payroll advisory services, resolving complex queries and implementing corrective actions to maintain accuracy and database integrity.

Coach, mentor, and train team members, coordinating their activities. Manage and monitor the Hub’s methodology framework, principles, and delegations. Undertake ad-hoc reporting and other necessary duties as required.

Demonstrated experience in personnel and people management, including supervision and team building. Proven ability to manage teams effectively and build strong relationships across all staff levels. Aptitude for rapidly acquiring new information, processes, and procedures. Capacity to meet deadlines and effectively identify and resolve issues.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced or expert-level Excel skills. Must possess prior experience in end-to-end payroll processing, handling high volumes. Exposure to multi-country payroll within a client service setting is essential.

Exceptional numeracy skills, with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy. Strong oral and written communication skills in English, ensuring clarity and conciseness. Experience with payroll operations and familiarity with large ERP systems.
