EY Global Delivery Services (GDS) is seeking a Senior Manager for the Tax Payroll Implementation SMO team. This role is pivotal in driving innovation and operational excellence within EY, focusing on global reporting, payments, and regulatory initiatives. The Global Payroll Operate practice helps clients manage their international payroll needs proactively and responsibly. Key responsibilities include client-facing activities such as supporting global reporting implementations and ongoing General Ledger delivery. Internally, you will coordinate global reporting best practices, provide project management support for business development initiatives, and lead change management for process improvements.

As a Subject Matter Expert in payroll regulations, you will gather and analyze regulatory data from Country Payroll Processing teams, maintain communication, and provide essential data for our global payroll chatbot (PKA) and payment solution development (Ebury PCubed).

This role demands leadership in payroll transformation and operations, with a focus on multi-country payroll implementation experience across various regions like APAC, EMEA, ANZ, and Africa.

We require at least 7 years of experience in payroll transformation, payroll operations, and delivery, along with multi-country payroll implementation experience. Proficiency in payroll technology consulting, including integrations with SuccessFactors and Workday, payroll solution architecture, data migration, and systems integration is essential.

Experience in payroll operating model design, modernization, automation, and AI adoption is highly valued. We also look for expertise in process excellence, such as automation and transformation initiatives within the payroll and tax domains, and process standardization.

Essential qualifications include advanced Excel skills for data analysis, familiarity with G2N reports and pay codes, a strong understanding of General Ledger, and project management skills with experience in building trackers and managing stakeholder follow-ups. Adaptability and strong organizational skills are crucial for success in this dynamic environment.
