This role is instrumental in advancing our Global Reporting, Payments, and Regulatory initiatives, contributing directly to EY's mission of building a better working world. Facilitate global reporting implementations and manage ongoing General Ledger delivery. Coordinate global reporting best practices and methodologies with internal teams, including Client Operations, Tech Operations, and Learning & Development. Provide project management support and actively participate in business development and change management initiatives. Serve as a subject matter expert on payroll regulations, analyzing data and maintaining communication with Country Payroll Processing teams.

A minimum of 7 years of experience in payroll transformation, operations, and delivery, with a proven track record in multi-country payroll implementations (APAC, EMEA, ANZ, Africa). Experience in payroll technology consulting and delivery, including system integrations (SuccessFactors, Workday), data migration, and UAT. Proficiency in advanced Excel, including data analysis and pivot tables, is essential. Familiarity with General Ledger concepts, G2N reports, and DigiPay systems is expected.
