This Manager role focuses on supporting global payroll implementation initiatives. You'll provide service delivery support in collaboration with EY's global engagement leaders and partners.

The opportunity involves providing subject matter expertise, project leadership, and direction to local payroll operation teams. You will ensure payroll services are fit for purpose and partner with Global Payroll engagement teams to drive GDS Payroll delivery initiatives.

Partner with Global Payroll engagement teams to drive GDS Payroll delivery initiatives. Manage payroll system setup, including data migration and transitions. Review payroll processing services to ensure accuracy, timely delivery, and compliance with legislation. Oversee complex payroll and HR information data input, quality control, and record maintenance. Assist clients in meeting taxation, social security, and other legislative obligations. Provide responsive and accurate advisory services on payroll matters, resolving complex inquiries. Coach, mentor, train, and coordinate team activities. Manage the application and monitoring of the Hub’s methodology framework and principles. Handle ad-hoc reporting and other required duties.

Demonstrate proven experience in people management, including supervision and team building. Possess the ability to work effectively in managing a team and relate well with staff at all levels. Show a strong capacity for quickly learning new information, processes, and procedures. Exhibit a proven ability to meet deadlines and effectively identify and resolve problems. Skilled in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced/expert proficiency in Excel. Require previous experience in end-to-end payroll processing and handling high-volume payrolls. Possess 5+ years of experience in payroll transformation, operations, and delivery. Must have multi-country payroll implementation experience across regions like APAC, EMEA, ANZ, and Africa. Demonstrate exposure to multi-country payroll within a client service environment. Exhibit expert numeracy skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a high degree of accuracy. Must possess strong communication skills, both oral and written, in English, ensuring clarity and conciseness. Require payroll technology consulting and delivery experience, including SuccessFactors and Workday integrations. Experience in payroll solution architecture, data migration, and systems integration is essential. Proficiency in UAT, testing, and production support is necessary. Experience in payroll operating model design and payroll modernization, automation, and AI adoption is required.
