Execute end-to-end payroll processing for multiple clients, including year-end activities. Maintain accurate payroll information by collecting and inputting data, and updating employee records for changes in benefits, deductions, and job status.

Generate essential payroll reports by summarizing earnings, taxes, deductions, and other vital compensation details. Calculate payroll liabilities accurately, including federal and state taxes and other statutory payments. Address payroll discrepancies and queries by analyzing information, and provide clear answers to inquiries.

Uphold payroll operations by adhering to established policies and procedures, and identify areas for improvement. Protect sensitive employee information by maintaining confidentiality. Contribute to team success by achieving collective goals and undertaking ad hoc reporting tasks as needed.

We are seeking individuals with prior experience in high-volume, full-function payroll processing. Strong data entry skills, a solid understanding of general mathematics, and excellent written and verbal communication abilities are essential.
