Join EY and build a fulfilling career. We are seeking two highly analytical Senior SAP Techno-Functional Consultants for our offshore delivery team. This role combines implementation expertise with strong Application Management Services (AMS) experience to optimize existing systems and develop new technical solutions.

As a Senior SAP Techno-Functional Consultant, you will resolve complex support tickets, manage defects, develop RICEFW objects, and create clear techno-functional documentation. Your unique perspective will help EY build a better working world.

Own and resolve complex L2/L3 support tickets within SLA timelines. Identify, analyze, and resolve system defects during operations and testing.

Design, develop, and modify robust SAP ABAP solutions for RICEFW objects. Author and maintain comprehensive Techno-Functional Specifications, RCA reports, and defect logs.

Monitor and support cloud/hybrid integration flows in SAP CPI. Provide functional support for SAP HR module adjustments. Collaborate with onshore teams and business users for seamless system stability.

Requires 4–7 years of intensive SAP ABAP experience, with deep expertise in RICEFW object development and troubleshooting. A strong understanding of HR & Finance business processes is essential.

Proven track record in at least one Full Lifecycle SAP End-to-End Implementation and one Post-Production AMS project. Experience in creating detailed Techno-Functional Artifacts like Functional/Technical Specs and Unit testing documents is mandatory.

Possess solid understanding of defect management and AMS ticket tools (ServiceNow, Jira, Solution Manager). Exceptional troubleshooting capabilities and a proven history of performing Root Cause Analysis on critical system failures are crucial. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are expected.
