GDS plays a crucial role in EY's global strategy, developing innovative, technology-enabled services and solutions.

As a Transformation Manager, you will be instrumental in leading and supporting various transformation projects across GDS and our global client network. Your responsibilities will include:

- Applying consulting best practices to solve complex business and client challenges. - Delivering high-quality project outcomes with exceptional client feedback. - Independently creating client value through strong project, process, and change management skills. - Conducting rapid assessments of client landscapes to provide insights and solutions. - Leading or supporting seamless project, program, and change outcome delivery. - Developing and managing a knowledge repository for project-wide use. - Influencing and persuading stakeholders to gain support for change initiatives. - Fostering collaboration and an inclusive working environment among team members. - Mentoring and counseling junior consultants within the organization. - Supporting the development of transformation program collateral and methodologies.

We are looking for a Transformation Manager with significant experience in Program/Change and Process Management, ideally within a consulting environment. Essential qualifications include:

- Minimum 12-15+ years of work experience in consulting, with a proven track record in program and change management for large-scale global projects. - Expertise in program management, change management, and process methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Prosci, Lean, and BPR. - Strong presentation skills coupled with excellent conceptual, critical, and consultative thinking abilities. - High levels of integrity, energy, agility, adaptability, and a strong work ethic. - Proven experience in cross-functional collaboration, working effectively both independently and in diverse, global teams. - Experience supporting a range of transformations from strategic design to implementation as part of a globally distributed team. - Expertise in change management, including strategy development, communication, impact assessment, and stakeholder engagement. - Experience in process discovery, design, analysis, documentation, implementation, monitoring, and optimization. - Proficiency with project management tools and applications (e.g., MS Projects, SharePoint, Microsoft Planner, AHA, ADO) and MS Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint. - Any Master's or Bachelor's Degree is required; PMP, Agile, or Prosci certification is preferred.
