In this role, you will be responsible for completing assigned immigration work, ensuring adherence to EY's quality standards and achieving expected outcomes. Key duties include drafting immigration petitions for the Americas region, actively participating in process improvement initiatives, and managing application drafting and mailboxes.

You will also collaborate closely with your team, sharing innovative ideas to enhance ongoing work and promptly highlighting any issues to seniors. A critical part of this role involves understanding and applying correct methodologies, tools, and technologies, as well as maintaining accurate system updates for tracking and billing. Proactive problem-solving for technology-related issues and timely reporting of activities are also expected.

To excel in this position, you should possess a Graduation degree in a relevant field such as Travel & Tourism, Social & Political Science, Arts, Commerce, or Computer Applications. Prior experience in drafting US visa applications (H-1/L-1/TN/O-1/EB-1 NIW) and managing Green Card processes is essential.
