You will be responsible for monitoring mailboxes and contributing insights on processes and technology to enhance our services and client success.

Key responsibilities include meticulously completing and documenting assigned immigration work according to EY's quality standards, ensuring desired outcomes and correcting any errors. You'll participate in process improvement initiatives, handle application drafting, and manage mailboxes effectively. Sharing innovative ideas to streamline workflows, proactively communicating issues to seniors, and collaborating with the team are essential. Understanding and applying correct methodologies, tools, and technologies, alongside updating systems for tracking and billing, will be crucial. You will also be expected to report activities and prepare ad-hoc reports as directed, contributing to various projects.

Essential qualifications for this role include a graduation degree in a relevant field such as Travel & Tourism, Social & Political Science, Arts, Commerce, or Computer Applications. Candidates should possess strong organizational skills, the ability to prioritize and multitask, and a detail-oriented approach to handling workloads and meeting strict deadlines. Excellent teamwork, collaboration, and both strong verbal and written communication skills are a must. The ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly in a dynamic environment is also highly valued. While not mandatory, proficiency in basic MS Office skills and any foreign language skills are considered advantageous.
