This Senior role focuses on executing daily immigration tasks, ensuring quality submissions for review, and upholding company policies while delivering exceptional client service through timely and high-quality work.

Your primary responsibilities include producing consistently high-quality work, demonstrating strong task orientation, and functioning effectively as a collaborative team player. You will actively contribute to process improvements by sharing ideas with your team leader and providing timely updates on progress and leave plans. Meeting utilization targets and voicing opinions to stakeholders are key, as is maintaining a keen attention to detail even in routine tasks and consistently delivering work of a high standard. The role requires the ability to manage multiple projects and assignments efficiently, plan proactively to anticipate issues, and ensure timely reporting of all activities. Successful candidates will possess 8-10 years of prior experience within a professional services environment or an equivalent setting. A strong understanding of immigration within the Americas, EMEA, and APAC regions is highly desirable. The role involves working on immigration projects for a diverse global clientele. Ideally, you will also bring experience in immigration processes, particularly outbound work permits, and a background in Global Mobility. Essential skills include excellent business communication, robust knowledge of MS Excel and MS Outlook, prior client-facing experience, good interpersonal skills, and a strong team-oriented approach.
