Sarvam is at the forefront of building India's sovereign AI platform, focusing on research, models, infrastructure, and applications. We collaborate with leading enterprises and public institutions, backed by prominent investors and partnered with major Indian brands. Join us to shape the future of AI for India.
As the Partnerships & Alliances Lead, you will cultivate and expand Sarvam's strategic relationships with major Indian and global GSIs operating in India. Your core mission is to transform Sarvam's sovereign AI capabilities into compelling, revenue-generating offerings and co-sell motions for both Indian and international markets. This involves creating joint business plans, nurturing executive connections, and structuring mutually beneficial partnership frameworks.
You will drive business development by originating and accelerating partner-influenced deals, orchestrating impactful co-marketing initiatives, and securing key wins in sectors like BFSI, public sector, and manufacturing. Rigorous pipeline management, forecasting, and performance reviews will be integral to your role. Furthermore, you will collaborate with GSI Centers of Excellence to co-create industry-specific solutions and develop certification programs to scale GSI expertise. Partner insights will be crucial for refining product roadmaps, addressing needs like on-premise deployment, advanced security, and local language support.
We are seeking an experienced professional with 7-15 years in GSI alliances, partnerships, or business development within enterprise tech, AI, or cloud environments. A deep understanding of Indian GSI operating models, including global delivery, ODCs, and CoEs, along with proficiency in complex deal orchestration, is essential.
Proven success in generating revenue through indirect channels and a strong grasp of Indian enterprise procurement and public-sector compliance are required. You should possess sharp commercial instincts, including expertise in deal structuring and financial modeling. Familiarity with cloud architectures, enterprise integration patterns, and AI/ML concepts (LLMs, agentic frameworks, on-premise deployments) is necessary. A working knowledge of BFSI and public-sector requirements, such as data residency, auditability, and regulatory controls, is also expected. Experience with Indian PSU banks, telecom, DPI organizations, or in workflow automation, contact center modernization, or multilingual CX, alongside an established network in these areas, will be considered advantageous.
