You will be instrumental in educating agencies and partners on our media products and services, driving both product adoption and overall business expansion.

The Upskilling team plays a crucial role in achieving this by delivering expert services through various formats, including customized workshops and comprehensive on-demand learning libraries.
Develop and implement a global enablement strategy and learning roadmap for your region, identifying capability gaps and designing targeted learning initiatives.
Create scalable service packages and enablement bundles tailored to specific business objectives, agency requirements, and market demands.
Collaborate with regional partner delivery managers to execute training programs and oversee certification processes, ensuring a consistent supply of skilled partners.
Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including gTech Ads, Product, Marketing, and Sales, to design and deploy service packages aligned with annual targets. Foster trust, manage expectations, and enhance demand for our services.
Contribute to a high-performing, distributed team culture by leading projects that support large-scale internal operations.
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is required.
Demonstrated experience of at least 3 years in program or project management is essential.
Experience working within global agency ecosystems and with Google Ads products and media services is highly preferred.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively across global teams and diverse cultural landscapes is a must.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills are needed, with the capacity to influence cross-functional and executive leadership.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, execution, and critical thinking skills for navigating ambiguous challenges are required.
