You will spearhead cross-functional efforts across Engineering, Sales, and Product Management to harness emerging technologies for our external clients and partners.

Your role will encompass the entire lifecycle from concept design and testing to data analysis and ongoing support, ensuring the seamless technical execution and business operations of Google's online advertising platforms and product partnerships. You will master the art of balancing business and partner requirements with technical limitations, crafting innovative, cutting-edge solutions, and serving as a trusted advisor.

Furthermore, you will develop tools, automate products, and drive product strategy, effectively prioritizing projects and resources. This position is an integral part of gTech, dedicated to bringing Google's impactful products and services to life by providing expert technical support and solutions to customers worldwide.

Key responsibilities include assisting partners with daily challenges by providing innovative and scalable solutions, adeptly troubleshooting issues, and conducting thorough implementation reviews.

You will champion new product features and ensure the swift and appropriate resolution of technical challenges faced by our partners.

Additionally, you will act as a conduit for client feedback on features, communicating insights to Product Management and Engineering to refine product offerings.

Your role is crucial in ensuring high client satisfaction from a technical standpoint, both for new and existing relationships, by delivering essential documentation and expert technical guidance.

A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is required, or equivalent practical experience will be considered.

Demonstrated experience in technical project management, stakeholder engagement, professional services, solution engineering, or technical consulting is essential.

Proficiency in system design or the ability to read code (e.g., Java, C++, Python) is necessary for this role.

Preferred qualifications include familiarity with the ad serving industry and internet technologies, as well as experience with Android development. The ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences and strong data analysis and decision-making skills are highly valued.
