Join our Partner Development Management team and drive strategic growth within our partner ecosystem. This role focuses on co-owning partner business plans, translating global strategies into actionable revenue ambitions, and fostering executive relationships to unlock new opportunities.
Key areas of focus include accelerating growth in renewals, Cloud Solution Provider (CSP), Microsoft Customer & Partner Solutions (MCEM), and emerging frontiers like AI Agents and Copilot. You will align partner investments in sales, technical readiness, and services capacity directly with revenue and profitability goals.

Co-develop multi-year Partner Business Plans (PBP) with assigned SMEC SI partners, translating Microsoft's global strategy into revenue ambitions and quarterly execution milestones. Define measurable growth targets across renewals, CSP, MCEM, and frontier motions like AI Agents and Copilot, ensuring alignment with revenue outcomes. Align partner investments, including sales headcount, technical readiness, and services capacity, to achieve revenue and profitability goals. Cultivate and maintain C-suite relationships at assigned SMEC SI partners, directly contributing to measurable revenue outcomes. Orchestrate executive engagement cadences (MBR, QBR, annual business reviews) and prepare high-quality Partner Briefs for stakeholders. Influence partner capability investments in sales, technical expertise, and AI/Security practices to align with Microsoft's strategic direction. Own In-Period Target (IPT) attainment for the assigned partner portfolio within SME&C. Lead POD (Partner, Seller, and Technical teams) orchestration to drive pipeline development, renewals, and MCEM stage progression. Drive co-sell motions across SME&C Corporate and SMB teams, focusing on upsell, renewal recapture, new customer acquisition, competitive win-backs, and dark-to-cloud migration. Ensure end-to-end POD execution using the Partner Activation Framework (PAF). Manage MCEM, renewals, programs, and incentives as a consistent operating rhythm.
Minimum 8 years of experience in partner management, channel sales, or enterprise sales, ideally within the technology sector. Demonstrated experience managing CSP partners or SI Partners, coupled with a robust understanding of AI, Agents, Cloud, Security, and Modern Work solutions. Possess strong business leadership acumen, including strategic thinking, financial acumen, business planning, and competitive positioning skills. Exhibit effective sales leadership capabilities, such as executive influence, pipeline management, accurate forecasting, and successful co-sell execution. Strong partner leadership abilities are essential, including CXO engagement, change management, partner transformation, and preference creation. Expected technical proficiency in Microsoft AI, Copilot & Agents, Security, and Cloud Platform is required. Must have strong commercial fluency, enabling the ability to interpret partner P&Ls, model the revenue impact of investments, and link partner decisions to profitability. Proven experience running executive engagements at the C-suite level (CEO, CRO, CFO) with both internal and external stakeholders. Experience managing structured sales execution rhythms, including MBR/QBR cadences, pipeline reviews, renewal tracking, and deal acceleration is critical. Ability to operate effectively with cross-functional influence across various departments (CELA, Finance, Commerce Ops, Deal Desk, segment sales) without direct authority. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Hindi language proficiency is preferred for this market.
