This L3 (Grade 9) position offers a key role in maintaining robust network security operations. You'll be instrumental in ensuring the smooth functioning and security of critical infrastructure, contributing to client success through expert technical support.

Day-to-day operational support for Palo Alto firewalls and Panorama is central to this role. You will manage incidents, requests, and changes, diligently monitoring firewall health, logs, and alerts to resolve issues within SLAs. Performing configuration changes, supporting upgrades and patching, and assisting with rulebase reviews are key duties. Escalating complex issues with thorough analysis and maintaining essential documentation, runbooks, and knowledge base entries are also required.

Participation in on-call rotations and support for multiple customer environments are essential. The role operates within a 24x7 environment, demanding flexibility and commitment. You will contribute to a secure and efficient network infrastructure for our clients.

We require 3–6 years of dedicated network and security experience, with hands-on operational expertise in Palo Alto firewalls and Panorama. A strong understanding of TCP/IP, routing, NAT, and VPN is fundamental, alongside proficiency in security policies and logging.

Basic knowledge of authentication methods (LDAP/AD/SSO) and web/proxy concepts (WCCP, PAC) is necessary. Experience with ticketing tools and ITIL processes is expected, complemented by excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills. Exposure to Azure/AWS and basic scripting/automation are considered advantageous, with a PCNSA certification being preferred.
