Key responsibilities include providing daily operational support for Palo Alto firewalls and Panorama, managing incidents, requests, and changes. You will monitor firewall health, triage and resolve issues promptly, and perform configuration changes following standard procedures. The role also involves supporting upgrades, patching, and routine maintenance, assisting with rulebase reviews, and escalating complex issues with detailed analysis. Maintaining documentation and participating in on-call rotations within a 24X7 environment are also core duties.

We are seeking candidates with 3-6 years of network/security experience, specifically with hands-on operational experience in Palo Alto firewalls and Panorama. A strong understanding of TCP/IP, routing, NAT, and VPN is essential. Candidates should also be proficient in security policies, logging, and have basic knowledge of authentication methods (LDAP/AD/SSO) and web/proxy concepts (WCCP, PAC). Experience with ticketing tools and ITIL processes, along with excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills, is required. Exposure to Azure/AWS and basic scripting/automation skills are preferred, as is a PCNSA certification.
