NTT DATA is seeking a skilled Network Security Senior Specialist with expertise in Palo Alto firewalls to join our dynamic team in Noida, India. Your core responsibilities will include providing daily operational support for Palo Alto firewalls and Panorama. You'll manage incident, request, and change management processes, ensuring all activities adhere to SLAs. Proactive monitoring of firewall health, logs, and alerts is essential for timely issue resolution.

You will also execute configuration changes, support system upgrades and maintenance, and conduct rulebase reviews. Escalating complex issues with thorough analysis and documentation to L4 support or vendors will be part of your role. Maintaining comprehensive documentation and participating in a 24X7 on-call rotation for multiple customer environments are also key duties.

The ideal candidate will possess 3 to 6 years of dedicated network and security experience, with a strong focus on Palo Alto firewalls and Panorama at an operational level. A solid understanding of TCP/IP, routing, NAT, VPN, security policies, and logging is required.

Basic knowledge of authentication methods (LDAP/AD/SSO) and web/proxy concepts (WCCP, PAC) is beneficial. Experience with ticketing systems and ITIL processes, coupled with excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills, are essential for success in this role. Exposure to Azure/AWS and basic scripting/automation skills are preferred.
