- Minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM). - Demonstrated proficiency in ServiceNow CSM, including CSM Developer, App Engine, Case Management, Data Migration, Advanced Workflow, and ServiceNow Scripting API. - Strong understanding of configuring and customizing packaged or SaaS applications. - Experience with Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) for integration and platform extension. - Familiarity with low-code development platforms for scalable solution creation. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve system issues effectively. - Knowledge of release management and version control practices. - A full-time education spanning 15 years is required.
