As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, you will be instrumental in configuring and supporting packaged or SaaS applications.

This role involves adapting features, managing release cycles, and ensuring the overall stability of the system. You will leverage standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to align solutions with business needs while maintaining compatibility and performance.

Independently perform tasks and grow into a Subject Matter Expert (SME). Actively participate and contribute in team discussions and problem-solving sessions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements. Monitor application performance, troubleshoot issues, and maintain system reliability. Document configuration changes and maintain a knowledge base for future reference. Share knowledge and guide junior team members on best practices.

A minimum of 2 years of experience is required, with a focus on ServiceNow App Engine. Demonstrated proficiency in configuring and customizing packaged or SaaS applications. Familiarity with using Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) and low-code development platforms is essential. Ability to effectively manage application releases and ensure system stability. Strong problem-solving skills are necessary to address technical challenges. Good communication skills are required for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
