Key responsibilities include becoming a subject matter expert and performing independently. Active contribution to team discussions and problem-solving is essential. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and implement enhancements, monitor application performance, troubleshoot issues promptly, and meticulously document all configuration changes. Sharing knowledge with junior team members and guiding them on best practices is also expected.

We seek candidates with a minimum of 3 years of experience, specifically in ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management. Proficiency in ServiceNow Contract Management is also required. A strong understanding of application configuration and customization within packaged or SaaS environments is vital. Experience with APIs and low-code platforms for extending application capabilities, along with managing software releases and ensuring system stability, is necessary. Familiarity with troubleshooting complex application landscapes and excellent communication skills are expected.
