As an Application Engineer, you will be expected to perform independently and develop into a subject matter expert. Active participation and contribution in team discussions are essential. You will be responsible for providing solutions to work-related challenges and collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements. Translating these requirements into effective application configurations and monitoring application performance to proactively identify areas for improvement are key duties. You will also document configuration changes, maintain records for system audits, and assist junior team members.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM) is required. Proficiency in ServiceNow ITSM and ServiceNow Integration Developer skills are a must. Strong knowledge of configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules is essential. Experience with APIs and integrating third-party applications within the ServiceNow platform is expected. Familiarity with low-code development environments and tools to streamline application enhancements is beneficial. The ability to troubleshoot and resolve application performance issues is also necessary. A full-time education spanning 15 years is a prerequisite for this position.
