A minimum of 3 years of experience with ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB) is essential. Proficiency in CMDB development within ServiceNow environments is required. Strong understanding of configuration management principles and database management is necessary. Experience with integration techniques using APIs and web services for enterprise system connections is expected. Ability to effectively utilize low-code/no-code platforms for customization and functional extensions is important. Familiarity with release management processes and tools for application deployment and version control is beneficial. Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving complex application configuration and performance issues. A requirement of 15 years of full-time education is mandated.
