Join our team as a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, where you will configure and support packaged or SaaS applications. Your role will involve adapting features, managing releases, and ensuring the stability of our systems.

You will utilize standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to align solutions with business needs, while meticulously preserving compatibility and performance. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to innovative solutions and shape the future of our application landscape.

Independently perform duties and develop into a Subject Matter Expert (SME). Actively participate and contribute to team discussions and problem-solving sessions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and maintain optimal operation. Document configuration changes and maintain a knowledge base. Provide guidance and share knowledge with junior team members.

A strong understanding of ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM) is essential. Experience configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules to meet specific business needs is required. Familiarity with APIs and integration techniques within the ServiceNow platform is expected. Proficiency in using low-code/no-code tools for developing and deploying application features is a plus. Excellent problem-solving skills to address technical challenges and optimize system performance. A solid understanding of release management processes and version control for packaged applications is needed. A minimum of 2 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM) is mandatory. Candidates must have completed 15 years of full-time education.
