You will adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability using standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms. Expertise in HRSD modules, including HR Case & Knowledge Management, Employee Center, and Lifecycle Events, is required. Familiarity with configuring and customizing ServiceNow, along with experience in APIs and low-code tools, will be highly beneficial. Strong problem-solving skills and an understanding of release management in SaaS environments are also key requirements.
