As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, your responsibilities will include:

- Independently driving tasks and developing into a subject matter expert (SME). - Actively participating and contributing to team discussions and problem-solving sessions. - Providing effective solutions to work-related challenges. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements. - Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues to ensure optimal service levels. - Documenting configuration changes and maintaining knowledge base articles. - Mentoring and assisting junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices.

The ideal candidate will possess:

- A minimum of 3 years of experience specifically with ServiceNow Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD). - Hands-on expertise in key HRSD modules such as Case Management, Knowledge Management, Employee Service Center, HR Catalogs, and Lifecycle Events. - Experience with Integration Hub, REST/SOAP APIs, and MID Server functionalities. - A solid understanding of Agile/SAFe methodologies and ServiceNow release management processes. - Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills are essential. - Familiarity with HR systems like Workday, SAP, or ADP is a significant advantage. - A 15-year full-time education is a mandatory requirement for this role.
